Coffee Addict

“I don’t drink coffee any more, only less.” This is what I always say to people who knew my being coffee addict and ask me out for coffee. Aside from red wine, coffee is also one irresistible drink for me. You would have stopped me if I tell you that I could consume 5 mugs of coffee in one day. But that is already a history because when I became health conscious I dropped the number down to 1 mug a day only. Not the strong ones, but it’s the coffee made of herbs.

A coffee invitation is one I could easily offer to a friend when I feel like going out for a company. It gives me a sense of comfort when there’s coffee on my table, inhaling the aroma of the flavor while having a chit chat with whoever is with me. I could still remember a friend of mine once we had coffee asking me how would I describe coffee in my life. I told her, “It’s my best friend whom would give me a sense of tranquility after I would air out all my sentiments.” Ironically, my answer was not what she was supposed to imply in our conversation but something about psychological interpretation of giving meaning to a coffee, which she then quickly explained something that is quite naughty which I don’t want to elaborate in here. Well, if you’re interested to know about it just send me a message.

Most of the flavors I would order when I get into a coffee shop or a place where coffee is served are the “latte” or “cappuccino”. So far they are my favorite. I have tasted the worst coffee on earth when I visited Singapore and I couldn’t remember anymore what flavor that was as I was only trying to taste their coffee for a change. After that I never ventured to other flavors anymore except for the two. But latte and cappuccino aren’t my coffee everyday since I have now made of herbs. And I have been patronizing it as it doesn’t only give me comfort but at the same time I am getting the health benefits out of it.
