Palm trees are usually found in Asian Countries including Philippines. The wonderful fruit of the tree is known to have abundance in vitamins, minerals, nutrients and rich in specific fats that have incredible health benefit. Its meat, juice and oil are popular all over the world. Called as “the tree of life,” it can also be used as shelter as it gives wood to utilize in the building of houses.
The fruit of coconut tree is one of the fruits in Philippines, which Filipinos whom have lived in other countries have longed for to eat as it doesn’t only make them feel they’re home with their families and relatives, but it will give them good health as well. You could just gather them together when one makes “lamaw” for a snack or dessert or whatever time you may want to serve it. Lamaw consist of coconut fruit being shred and mixed with the Coconut juice then you may add milk and sugar on it. And that’s it! You’ll have already your lamaw to make the company more fun.
