Satisfaction in all aspects of life is absolutely the ultimate dream of all to make us happy, but it can never be realized as it is somehow the same as aiming for perfection. You keep looking for it, aiming for it, and never even realized that you’ve missed those things that could have made you happy during the times you sought satisfaction, which may just bring you nothing but misery.

ReplyDeleteI will say, though, that I disagree with your assessment of satisfaction equalling perfection. I find that I am happiest when I can let go of the perfectionist and be satisfied with something that may be less than perfect but is comfortable. I did not always feel this way!!
