Weight Lifting For Health
To be physically fit is one way of generating health into our system. Depends on whatever form of exercise you do as long as you are comfortable with it regardless of your outfit (never mind my outfit, this was during winter time in Vienna, Austria). Light weight lifting can strengthen the bones and help build up muscles in your body. This kind of exercise is good for those who are a bit thin. What I usually do in the morning, or if I have time to exercise is just dancing for 30 minutes and do more sit ups to get rid of fats around my belly.
No matter how far we've gone and how much effort we do for the physical fitness, what matters most is, we are reunited not just with friends but with families and relatives. And that's my blog is all about.
